Dr. Velez is a miracle worker. Came in with sever TMJ unable to open my mouth more than a centimeter. Dentist had told me I would need Botox shots to fix it. Got an adjustment and had full mobility and no pain within the day. Absolutely recommend Baystate to anyone in pain. Dr Velez is great and treats his patients with care.
I recently started seeing Dr. Velez for a variety of neck/back/hand and foot issues that were getting increasingly persistent and interfering with daily tasks. I saw IMMEDIATE improvement directly following my first visit, and even more the next day after my second. He spent extra time making sure I understood what was happening with my body and explaining the treatment along the way. I could not move my foot due to numbness when I first made an appointment, and this had been occurring for two weeks by that time. After my second visit, I was amazed that I was able to wiggle my toes, it felt like a big win. My neck and back pain were eased after my first adjustment. I can't recommend Dr. Velez and his team enough, they are professional, friendly, and the office is so inviting. I'm very much looking forward to continuing my treatment and progress there backed by a fabulous team!

Doctor does an amazing job; went from not having neck mobility to almost having full range of motion. Same goes for my arms, and my body in general. If anyone is looking for a chiropractor, please go to this one. He will change your life for the better.
