Insurance

If you have a contract with an insurance company for health care benefits, we want you to be able to take full advantage of those benefits. Most of our patients pay by cash, check, or credit card at the time of service. Insurance coverage for the services we provide varies. In fact, there are hundreds of different insurance companies and many different plans. If you are confused or just have questions about your particular plan, the friendly staff at Baystate Musculoskeletal Center will be happy to do a complimentary benefits check for you.

Auto Accidents

Most of the time, if you were injured in an automobile accident, your or the other driver's auto insurance will cover the bill. We would be happy to consult with you about your options for receiving the care you need.

Medicare

If you are Medicare eligible, our billing specialist will submit a receipt for your services to Medicare for you.
